“I would like to let you know of the wonderful feedback from our customers with regards to the automatic coffee machine that was installed back in March this year.

I literally have customers that will detour to our newsagency every morning just to get a newspaper and a coffee on their way to work. All our customers who purchase a coffee rave about how great the coffee is and also let their friends know about the machine in our store. The thing that I find amusing is that people from other retail stores in our complex will leave their stores for a few moments just to come in and get a coffee.

We have even put a table and chairs out the front of the newsagency and people will buy themselves a coffee and a couple of Instant Scratchies and sit down in the sun to enjoy it. (I am also partial to 1 or 2 cups myself during the day - cappuccino is my favourite).

I would just like to thank you and everyone at Espresso Essential for the wonderful service you have provided us with since we purchased our Automatic Coffee Machine. As you can imagine we can get quite busy at our newsagency and if we have not kept an eye on our stock levels for the coffee machine, we can find ourselves in a little trouble when someone wants a coffee. But amazingly you have provided the stock that we need on the same day of ordering. Not many businesses can boast the same.

With our company seeing a lot of walk-in traffic to buy our Passive Fire protection products, we have found a great way to keep them coming back is to offer them an incentive to drop by. As such, we invested in our Espresso Essential coffee machine and have found that not only our walk-in customers kept coming back, but also the volume of visits increased in the past 12 months by 10%!!

All it took to increase sales was to simply offer a coffee to our customers when they came in, so I would certainly recommend it to anyone. It is a great way to network with our tradesmen and find out what is going on in the market while securing them their morning caffeine fix.

Sometimes that little 1% can make all the difference!
